RTF# 41 Why & How I Left WW; How to Get Free from Diet Programs
Recently, I have been getting messages from my WW friends about the recent news of WW jumping into the business of weight loss medication and adding prescription medications into their weight loss program.
I know it is challenging, BUT, transitioning away from 'diet programs' that kept me coming back was the best thing I have done for my life.
I am super pumped to be able to share with you how my life and health have transformed for the better by ditching the diet programs and focusing on mindful eating and strength training to lose fat and increase muscle mass.
