Today’s episode is going to be real and raw. I talk about my experiences with having a breast augmentation revision due to capsular contracture and how that ultimately led to a HARD 6-week restriction from any type of exercise.
Not going to lie, this was a freaking hard time so I hope that my experiences can help you feel seen and heard if you are going through a similar situation.
