Okay, deep breath everyone! I am getting super personal with the intent to help you to take back your own health, both physically and mentally! I’m not going to lie, this episode is scary for me to release. I have been pretty candid about my fitness story but this episode has more about my childhood and history which have affected me for years.
This episode is truly about the reason behind why I started Rock That Fitness. I have made sure not to let my past define me and I thankfully have used those experiences to grow not only for myself, but as a leader to help other women find community and joy in their lives.
