RTF# 25 The Three Pillars of Rock That Fitness
In this episode, Abby and I get super vulnerable by sharing our own personal experiences of feeling trapped and restricted by the diet mentality that our culture seems to perpetuate in our daily lives. Despite the struggle, these experiences have taught us how to implement sustainable strategies to achieve the life that we have been dreaming of for years. Through this learning process, Abby and I have been able to create the three pillars of what makes a Rockstar fit life! These three pillars are:
🥦Nutrition

🧠Mindset
