RTF# 29 From Weight Watchers & Orange Theory to Healthy Nutrition & Strength Training, RockStar Spotlight, Trish Singh!
In this episode, I had the privilege of interviewing one of Rock That Fitness’s OG members, Trish Singh! She is a very proud mom, grandma, and x-ray tech who has found the right combination for her consisting of nutrition, fitness, and mindset.
Trish started her health journey with WW over 20 years ago when she was trying to lose weight due to high blood pressure concerns. With WW and Orange Theory, she was able to lose weight and maintain that weight loss, however, Trish felt that there were a couple of pieces missing in her health journey.
With the tools she has learned from Rock That Fitness, Trish has been able to lose even more fat, increase her muscle mass, and reduce her osteoporosis risk!
